Mike has been an Agent in the insurance industry for over 30 years. He specializes in all Personal Property & Casualty insurance lines, Commercial lines, as well as new and existing customer reviews. He prides himself on his many years of protecting the assets of his policyholders, assisting with claims, and making his customers the #1 priority.
As a broker with access to over 30 carriers, Mike can tailor your insurance coverages to best match your needs at the most competitive prices. Mike is a native of Brecksville, Ohio, and graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Communications, with a minor in Business.
When not in the office, you will find Mike boating, traveling to the Gulf Coast, and enjoying his grandchildren (who love golf cart rides with Papa!).
Mary Flanagan
Mary’s focus is on the daily business operations, being a resource and advocate to new and existing customers alike. Her expertise helps to support the delivery of exceptional service to our customers, ensure Compliance and Best Practices, and industry knowledge for products that bring value to our clients.
She has over 25 years in various insurance markets which allows her to help clients to make informed decisions when selecting coverage.
Prior to 2011, she was a Director with UnitedHealthcare specializing in cost containment and an Implementation Project Manager for The Ohio State University Medical Center. Mary is a native of Powell, Ohio, and attended the American Institute of Alternative Medicine.
In her free time, Mary enjoys traveling to sunny beaches, boating, volunteering for military support programs, family time and being “Nana” to her adorable grandchildren.
Michael E. Flanagan
Michael’s top priority as licensed Account Manager and Agent is giving high-quality service, competitive rates, and a customized experience to each and every customer he works with. With an extensive body of knowledge, and experience in property and casualty insurance, Michael works to enhance his clients understanding of their policies while simplifying the process for them. Most of all, Michael has a strong passion for helping others and is well-equipped to help you choose the perfect insurance plans for your future.
Michael graduated from Denison University with a degree in communication and also played football for The Big Red. In his free time, he enjoys powerlifting, umpiring softball games, fishing, golf and traveling.

Ellie is the newest member of the Flanagan team! She came to us with a professional background in health insurance and has a deep understanding of complex policy structures, risk assessment, and client needs. Ellie graduated from Ohio University in 2019. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband of 6 years, crafting, and renovating her new house. With her dog named Archie and a favorite lake spot in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Ellie is always ready for the next adventure, whether it’s helping a client or building the perfect bonfire.
